Stability? Many contracting business owners believe that the election results and late breaking congressional decisions will result in better days for business owners like us. The construction industry has certainly been tough for several years! For many companies, just keeping the doors open remains a challenge, so we understand that a decision to expand a business is a huge decision fraught with concern over the economy, long term stability, and taxes. We see the economy growing now…slowly, but growing. With government decisions made over the past few weeks, we welcome the anticipated stability. Major tax decisions have also been made. The stage is now set to grow our businesses in the coming year.
Beginning or Expansion? Is now the worst possible time to expand a business? We think not, because we all need to be positioned for growth as the recovery accelerates. Think about it…most people are still not selling their homes. Most will upgrade/repair their current homes until the real estate market has shown major improvement. Positioning for the recovery is important now, and we are ready now! Last year was tough for us too, but now our contracting business is growing like it was years ago.
Our Business. We don’t build luxury homes or sell foreclosures. We make existing homes healthier, more efficient, more comfortable, safer, and if desired, sellable. We use unique and proprietary products that are installed by our licensed contractors only. We offer fully protected territories, each having an abundant market; and we use a standard licensing agreement. Be assured, we own and operate several territories ourselves, so we know this business ourselves from A to Z. As our brand recognition grows, so does our network of licensed distributors and satisfied customers. We refer all business we find to the closest local licensee if one exists. However, we do receive calls that we cannot service because we have no distributors close by, and that is why we need YOU.
You. We are looking for good contractors who want to expand their business now and grow in the accelerating recovery. We send these invitations to licensed contractors and entrepreneurs in open territories offering an exceptional opportunity that we know will result in higher profit margins for those who accept our invitation. A case in point: Last year did not look promising for a builder/remodeler working in an area with one of the nation’s highest unemployment rates. He could have used many excuses to close his doors, but he didn’t. After our standard 3 days of training he was well on his way with a value-added service for his existing business. Today he is still in construction, already making good profits with our system, and is excited about expanding as the recovery takes shape.
Marketing. We have our own informative website and our licensees use websites based on ours. We also use other means of advertising. Our network, websites, and marketing strategies generate interest in our system, and within a few minutes we easily show customers the only true solution to a common problem. Customers often say that our system is just what they were looking for because it makes perfect sense. We offer no “workaround” or temporary solution. Unlike others, we do not mis-name our system or infer that it does something that it does not do. Many times the system sells itself, whether via the website or a personal sales presentation. If you are trustworthy and professional, you will have no problem closing sales of this system. Remember, you will work within a large protected territory; no other distributor competes with you. In addition, we are available daily to help you if you want operational or technical advice but you still run your own business. We predict the coming years will see a boom in keeping existing homes healthy and safe. Are you prepared to be a leader in that boom?
Cost. You have to be wondering about the cost to get started. Getting any and all information you desire will cost you nothing. As a matter of fact, we insist that you use our 4 step disclosure process to become familiar with our products, our customers, other licensees and our business before you make any decision. You pay nothing until you show up for training. Only then will we accept money…20% down. The remaining cost is carried at no interest and no risk to you; no monthly payment schedule. You make a payment on the balance only when you complete jobs. When the balance is paid there are no more payments. If for some reason you choose to walk away at any time for any reason, you owe nothing more, the territory reverts to us, we go our separate ways, and we remain friends.
